Ltd., a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railway, is seeking to hire a Head of Internal Audit on a contract basis for a period of one year, extendable if required. Skills Required:
1.Undertake special tasks at the directives of the Audit Committee/BOD.
2.Liaise with external and commercial auditors of the company.
3.Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and presentation skills.
4.Provide reasonable assurance to the Board & Audit Committee by conducting an independent review of the company’s risk management control & corporate governance systems & processes.
