Qualification
Eligibility criteria for each position are outlined below:
Financial Management Specialist (PPS-09)
ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CPA or Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting (e.g., MBA Finance, MS Finance, M.Com).
8 years of relevant experience in financial management, audit, or accounts after acquiring stipulated qualifications.
Procurement Specialist (PPS-09)
Master’s degree or BS 04 Years (Hons) in Economics or Engineering, Business Administration.
At least 10 years of experience in procurement and contract management at the national or international level.
Communication Specialist (PPS-09)
Master’s degree or BS 04 Years (Hons) in Journalism and Mass Communication.
At least 10 years of experience in communications, including media relations.
Gender Specialist (PPS-09)
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree 4 years (Hons) in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or Humanities.
At least 10 years of experience in the field of Gender Affairs and Gender Action Planning.
Visa Specialist (PPS-09)
Master’s degree or BS 04 Years (Hons).
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, preference given to candidates with experience in Visa application processing and issuance.
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (PPS-09)
Master’s degree or BS 04 Years (Hons) in Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Public Administration, or relevant fields.
At least 10 years of experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation.
IT/MIS Specialist (PPS-09)
Master’s degree or BS 04 Years (Hons) in Computer Sciences, MIS, Computer Engineering, IT, or relevant discipline.
At least 10 years’ experience in MIS/IT/Data Management field with public sector organizations.
