Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC | – Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resource with at least 06 years as HR Business Partner at a senior level not below as one down of HR Head – OR 08 years of heading at least two functions/divisions of HR, including Talent Management/Acquisition and any other function(s) – Experience in a large-scale organization/financial sector is preferred |
